Spark Talent & Event Planning is a Georgia-based mother agency led by mother–daughter duo Debbie Padgett and Becky Hankins. With Debbie’s background as an ARTS alum and Becky’s firsthand experience supporting her own child in the industry, they bring a warm, steady confidence to new performers. Their approach is welcoming, clear, and designed to help emerging artists take meaningful first steps—whether through regional auditions or a simple click into an online session. They make the beginning of the journey feel possible, approachable, and just a little bit magical.

Dancing

For artists with strong vocal presence. This category centers on clarity, tone, and the ability to convey feeling through voice alone—perfect for animation, narration, and commercial work.
Comedy
For those with timing, confidence, and an instinct for what makes folks laugh. Comedy highlights wit, structure, and the ability to connect with an audience.
Acting
For performers ready to step into a role and bring a scene to life. Acting focuses on delivery, emotional truth, and the ability to take direction with ease.

Becky was Taylor and I’s wedding planner for our wedding this May and was the utmost help. I was debating on needing a wedding planner, but she went above and beyond for our wedding day. She stayed in constant communication with me and helped even more when I would call back with a random question. She made sure that no small thing was left unturned and that eased so much stress.
Once our wedding day arrived, Becky helped with quite literally everything. She made sure the chairs were arranged, the table scapes were perfect, and that everything was according to plan. If anything went awry, Becky handled it and the day went smoothly (and I never even knew!!). I am so grateful that I was able to enjoy our wedding day and have zero stress because of her. I cannot say enough amazing things about Becky and all her help! During the entire planning process she was insightful, organized, and on top of everything. Her positive energy and calmness made the process and our big day such a stress free and fun day! Every little detail was thought out and perfect! We were able to enjoy our day and not have to worry about anything! When my sign broke at the rehearsal, I never even knew because she handled everything and did not worry me with it. It rained, which changed our plans, but she was on top of getting our first meal moved, fireworks rearranged, my things to me, and she never broke a sweat. I’d recommend her a thousand times over!
